FlowRMM legal

Terms of Service

Effective date and version: September 5, 2026 (2026-09-05)

1. Who provides FlowRMM and what these terms cover

FlowDevs LLC (“FlowDevs,” “we,” or “us”), 612 Gumtree St NE, Saint Joseph, MN 56374, provides FlowRMM. Contact us at clientsupport@flowdevs.io. These terms cover this website, Flow Personal, and Business evaluations unless a separate signed agreement or applicable Marketplace agreement governs the service. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

Creating a Personal account requires your affirmative agreement to these terms. A marketing application or demo request alone is not a purchase, guaranteed admission to a Business pilot, or service-level commitment.

2. United States availability and eligibility

FlowRMM services are currently offered only in the United States. For Personal, you must be at least 18, reside and be located in the United States, and enroll only computers you own that are located in the United States. Business customers must be U.S. organizations or operators with authority to enter an agreement and manage the U.S. endpoints they enroll. Do not misrepresent eligibility or circumvent an availability restriction. Access to the public website from another country does not mean the service is offered there.

3. Your account and permission to manage computers

Passkeys establish Personal account identity. Keep your passkey provider secure and add a second passkey. An optional email label is not proof of identity or a recovery credential. Losing all passkeys can prevent us from restoring access; we will not transfer a computer or account based solely on an email claim.

Remote monitoring and management can view screen content, run commands, install or remove software, restart computers, and change or delete data. Use it only on computers you own or, for Business, are specifically authorized to administer. Obtain required notice and consent from affected users. You are responsible for the access you grant, connected tools, commands, approvals, configuration, and backups. Review proposed work before authorizing it. AI suggestions, an approval, or a reported success are not guarantees that an action is safe or its outcome independently verified.

Do not use FlowRMM for unauthorized access, covert surveillance, fraud, malware, harassment, illegal activity, bypassing another person's permissions, or defeating safety and approval controls. Do not send credentials or enrollment secrets through marketing or support messages.

4. Plans, payment, and third-party services

Personal Free allows up to two computers. Optional Plus allows up to ten while the paid entitlement is active. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Any purchase must show its price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refund terms before payment. Cancel a subscription through the billing controls; a cancellation does not itself delete your account or uninstall agents. Downgrading does not authorize another person to claim your computers.

Availability depends on supported operating systems, permissions, network access, and the capabilities shown for each device. A downloadable installer alone does not promise every feature works on that platform. Connected AI, cloud, payment, and other third-party services have their own terms and may have separate charges. We do not control their availability or change their data policies by linking to them.

5. Personal: no warranty or guaranteed availability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW PERSONAL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE, OR ABLE TO PREVENT OR RECOVER DATA LOSS.

Personal is not a backup service, emergency service, or guaranteed recovery channel. Keep independent backups and a way to access your computers if FlowRMM is unavailable. No support conversation creates a warranty unless FlowDevs expressly agrees in a signed writing. Some states do not allow some warranty exclusions; those exclusions apply only where permitted and do not remove your nonwaivable rights.

6. Business in your Azure tenant: shared security responsibility

For customer-deployed Business, the customer controls its Azure tenant, identities, role assignments, networking, secrets, backups, endpoint configuration, authorized operators, approval policies, and deployment of updates. Microsoft is responsible for the Azure infrastructure and services it supplies under its agreements. FlowDevs is responsible for the software and services it supplies and for its obligations under the applicable agreement and law. Hosting in your tenant does not eliminate FlowDevs' obligations or make the product immune to vulnerabilities.

Support access to a customer's tenant requires authorization or an existing delegated permission; do not grant broader access than necessary. Licensing, updates, billing, and integrations can involve external services as described in the Privacy Policy. Business warranties, service levels, support commitments, and liability provisions are governed by the applicable Business agreement. None are created merely by a marketing description.

7. Limits of liability

For Personal and website use, to the extent permitted by law, FlowDevs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the service, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent permitted by law, FlowDevs' total liability for claims arising from Personal or website use will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid FlowDevs for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Where an exclusion or cap is not permitted, it applies only to the extent lawful. A separate Business agreement controls Business liability. These terms do not promise that you cannot suffer harm or that either party can avoid all legal responsibility.

8. Ending service and removing data

You may stop using FlowRMM, revoke connected tools, remove computers from your account, and uninstall the agents. Account removal and uninstalling software are separate steps. Request account or data removal at clientsupport@flowdevs.io; we verify the request before changing ownership or deleting account data. The Privacy Policy describes necessary retention exceptions.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a material violation, nonpayment for a paid service, or a legal obligation. We may change or discontinue features. Where practicable, we will give notice of a material service discontinuation and an opportunity to stop use or cancel; applicable law and any paid-service agreement still govern refunds and required notice.

9. Changes, disputes, and other terms

These terms are governed by Minnesota law, without its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Minnesota may hear disputes, subject to any nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a right to bring a small-claims action.

We will identify revisions with a new effective date and provide notice of material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. We will request renewed agreement when required; changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Contact us using the address above to raise a concern or request a copy of the version you accepted.
